A seller and buyer will be required to provide Plymouth Energy with a properly completed and executed unit assignment application, which will be subject to approval by the managers of Plymouth Energy. The seller will also be required to provide Plymouth Energy with the certificate or certificates for the units being sold, properly endorsed for transfer.
